Kerabu Mi Kering (Dry Noodle Salad)

Inspired by Thai's #YumWoonSen recipe, this salad is practically easy to make, very versatile, packed a punch of bursting fresh flavors & textures

The key is to balance the #Yum factor (sweet, sour, salty & spicy)..serve it hot or cold, this dish would be a crowd pleaser at anytime of the day

Ingredients:

1. @vits_malaysia Air Dry Noodles
2. Carrots
3. Tomatoes
4. Onions
5. Garlic
6. Lemongrass
7. Fresh Cilantro
8. Spring Onions
9. Red Chilies
10. Cili Padi
11. Fish Sauce
12. Brown Sugar
13. Lime Juice
14. Water
15. Your proteins of choice (I used sausages & fishballs..prawns & squids works well in this recipe)
16. Garnish with toasted peanuts for added crunch
17. @myajinomoto Rasa Sifu seasonings powder

Steps:

1. Prep the ingredients
2. Boil the sausages & fishballs until cooked. Drain & cut into pieces. Set aside
3. Cut the veggies & herbs. Set aside
4. Mix fish sauce & sugar. Set aside
5. Boil @vitsnoodle Air Dry Noodles until aldente. Drain & put in a mixing bowl
6. Add all the prepped ingredients
7. Pour in the fish sauce mixture
8. Squeeze in some lime juice for acidity
9. Season with @myajinomoto Rasa Sifu seasoning powder
10. Mix thoroughly
11. Plate & garnish with some fresh herbs & peanuts for texture
